- Traverse of Irikchata from west to east (P. Rototaev's route, cat. 3B, complexity). The path from the "Razvilka" of the Baksan valley and Adylsu gorge (group of 4-8 people) to the summit of Irikchat Zapadnaya is described in route 14. From the Zapadnaya summit, descend via simple rocks of the Eastern ridge with a sharp 5 m crest before reaching the Western shoulder, and ascend to it via simple rocks. From the shoulder, a 40 m rappel down the plates on the left side of the ridge to a saddle below the 1st gendarme. Ascend via simple rocks, then a 2-meter wall to the 1st gendarme, and descend from it via moderately difficult rocks to an overhanging rock. From the rock, rappel into a snowy couloir. From the couloir, via a 15-meter talus, reach a slab. Ascend up the center of the slab (running belay!) 15 m to below a 2-meter wall. Pass the wall via a crack on the right side. Then traverse 10 m along a ledge to the right to an internal corner. And up the corner (running belay!) 25-30 m to a rocky rise, and along the ledge, reach the summit of Irikchat Centralnaya. From the Zapadnaya summit, 3.5-4 hours. From the Centralnaya summit, descend 60-80 m via simple and moderately difficult rocks of the ridge with a 3-meter rappel to a saddle. From the saddle, ascend a 1.5-meter wall to a platform on the 2nd gendarme. From the platform, traverse 30 m to bypass the gendarme along ledges on the right side (belay!) and reach the ridge of the Eastern summit. Ascend via moderately difficult rocks of the 45-50-meter ridge to the summit of Irikchat Vostochnaya. From Centralnaya, 1.5-2 hours. From the Vostochnaya summit, descend 4 m via simple rocks of the ridge using a sports method. Then along the ridge, bypassing a large rock on the right, reach below the gendarme "Palets". From the Vostochnaya summit, about 1 hour. From below the gendarme, move down and to the right via talus, always bearing right, then descend via grassy slopes to the initial bivouac sites. From the saddle below the gendarme "Palets", 1-1.5 hours. Duration of the route is 3 days. Special equipment for a group of 4 people: main rope - 2×30 m, expendable cordelette - 2 m, rock pitons - 6-8, rock hammers - 2, carabiners - 8, tent - 1. Possible bivouac sites - on all saddles.
