KUSH-KAYA via SE wall, 2B cat.

Approach from the belay station to the right under the wall, 180–200 m, to small yellow overhanging rocks.

R0–R1: Up and left 15–20 m, bypassing overhanging rocks to a tree, then right through an inner corner overgrown with grass, 35 m, to a tree.

R1–R2: Straight up 35 m on slabs and grassy ledges to a small inner corner with a tree, and 15 m up it.

R2–R3: 40 m, first through an inner corner, then past trees and up a steep gully.

R3–R4: Straight up 50 m on relatively easy rock to a tree.

R4–R5: Crux of the route. Straight up through the right of two gullies, or even further right on broken rock under a smooth steep wall, then left below it through a corner to a tree; 35 m.

R5–R6: On steep broken rock with ledges 30–35 m to the summit.

Required equipment:

  • Rope — 50 m
  • Chocks — 6–7 pcs.
