4. Organization of the Ascent
The expedition was organized by the Alpinism Federation of Azerbaijan together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan, with the support of the Azerbaijan Youth Organization in Russia (AMOR) and was dedicated to the memory of Panah-Ali Khan Javanshir.
