Massif: Mshatka-Kaya (618 m) Complexity: 3A Authors: Kirill Gostev, Vladimir Odoyev

The first two ropes of the route coincide with the "Boomerang" route 4A. The route itself is a combination of variations between "Filatovka" and "Boomerang", but is quite interesting and independent.

R0–R1 (45 m, IV)

  • The start of the first rope, slightly to the left of "Filatovka" — an inner corner that leads to a ledge
  • There will be a tree on the left, then move up the slabs to the base of a mulda
  • Then move right up a thin crack to a large tree, with the tree on the exit on the left
  • Protection: nuts, cams, anchors

R1–R2 (40 m, III)

  • From the belay station, move left and up through blocky rocks
  • On a ledge under the base of the "Boomerang" chimney, there will be a belay station on two rock hooks
  • Natural protection: nuts, friends, cams

R2–R3 (48 m, IV)

  • Then move right and up along the ledge towards a medium-sized flake
  • Then approach a small chimney (not difficult, with many places for protection)
  • Exit the chimney left and up
  • After 10–12 m, there will be a belay station in a crack on a small tree
  • The station can be reinforced with an anchor or a rock hook

R3–R4 (50 m, IV)

  • From the belay station, move right and up through simple, feather-like rocks towards an inner corner
  • The corner leads to a ledge under the crux of "Filatovka"
  • From this point, move right along the ledge for 3 m
  • Then up a нависающий inner corner (possibly one of the variations to bypass the Filatovka crux)
  • Exit onto a "room" ledge, where there are two old hooks (a belay station can be made on them)
  • Alternative: slightly left — a crack where medium-sized nuts fit well
  • Natural protection throughout the section: nuts, friends, cams

R4–R5 (45 m, III)

  • From the belay station, move left and up
  • The start is a bit awkward, but after a few moves, the rocks become easier
  • Stay on the left side, gradually heading towards "Vilkа"
  • Belay station on a ledge on a tree

R5–R6

  • Exit to the summit through simple rocks
