Trinirovочная Peak — traverse to Barnul Peak.
Approach description.
From the base camp, located at the confluence of the Turaoyuk river and the Akkol river, move upstream along the Turaoyuk river. The first ascent leads to a swampy valley, after passing through which, ascend to a moraine rampart, behind which lies the lower lake. Traverse along the swampy shore to the moraine rampart behind the lake. Traverse around the rocky outcrop to the right and reach the second lake, located below the N ridge of Pamyati voskhoditeley na Everest Peak. Set up a bivouac on the lake shore. Approach time from base camp: 3 hours 30 minutes.
Route description.
From the bivouac, move towards the couloir between Uchebnaya Peak and Trinirovочная Peak. Ascend the scree couloir, approximately 800 m long, to the saddle between the peaks. Ascent time from bivouac: 2–2.5 hours.
Ascend to Trinirovочная Peak via a simple, broken ridge. Ascent time: 1 hour.
The descent from the summit is straightforward, with simultaneous movement throughout, and protection via rock outcrops.
The ascent to Barnul Peak proceeds along the left side of the ridge. Movement is mostly simultaneous, with some sections requiring alternating movement; the rocks are broken, category 2 complexity. Ascent time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
The descent initially follows the S ridge (50 m), then down a couloir on the eastern slope of the peak to the glacier. Descend from the glacier, then via scree to the bivouac. Descent time: 2 hours 30 minutes.
