The approach from "Kirgizata" alpine camp (group of 2–8 people) to the initial bivouac under the western wall of Osh massif — see route 14. From the initial bivouac 200–250 m up the talus slope to the left claw of the base of the South Ridge of Osh Zapadnaya peak. From the left side of the claw 30–40 m up-left on medium and above medium difficulty steep "baranii lby" under an implicitly expressed internal corner. On smoothed medium difficulty rocks ("live" stones, piton insurance) of an implicitly expressed internal corner 30–40 m up-right to a small ridge. On a simple ridge, then on shelves on its right side 70 m up under the wall. I control cairn. From the cairn on a destroyed 70° wall of medium difficulty (piton insurance) 30 m up-right, exit to the South Ridge of Osh Zapadnaya peak. On a simple 30° South Ridge 40 m up under the wall, which is bypassed on medium difficulty rocks of a 5–6-meter wall to the right (piton insurance) and behind it exit to the South Ridge. Further on talus, in places medium difficulty, destroyed rock 40° South Ridge 50 m up and through a 7–8-meter gendarme exit to a saddle under a red wall. From the saddle 10 m up on medium difficulty rocks of an internal corner (piton insurance) to a shelf. II control cairn. From the shelf 70 m up on destroyed simple rocks of the South Ridge under a gendarme with a large stone on top, which is bypassed by a 50–60-meter traverse on shelves and medium difficulty rocks on the left (insurance). Further 60 m up on a simple South Ridge, exit to a site under the wall. From the site on simple and medium difficulty rocks ("live" stones, piton insurance) 30-meter traverse to the right to an internal corner and on it 10 m up to shelves. From the right side of shelves a 20-meter ascent to the South Ridge.
