DESCRIPTION
of the route to peak Сочи (Sochi) by couloir D.gr.
From the base camp, ascend along the trail leading to the Sochi pass. Then, proceed along the moraine to the foot of the glacier between peak Сочи (Sochi) and peak Экспедиционный (Expeditsionny). Cross the glacier. Enter the snowy couloir that leads to the southern ridge of peak Сочи (Sochi). Belay.
In the upper part, the couloir splits into two. Take the right branch. After transitioning to the rocks, move along the system of ledges and small walls towards the summit tower, where a couloir can be seen in the left part.
Ascend through the couloir and moderately difficult rocks to reach the summit. Descend via the ascent route.
